30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love Rascal. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us at hello@rascalpetcompany.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund the purchase price of your order. No need to send anything back.

What's refunded

The product price of your order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Limit

The money-back guarantee is limited to one refund per customer or household.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date (with a photo for damaged or incorrect items) and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
