Thanks for shopping with Rascal Pet Company. Here's how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order within the United States.

Processing time

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll get an email when your order ships.

Delivery time

Orders ship with USPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, since delays can happen with the carrier.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date (with a photo for damaged or incorrect items) and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. See our Refund Policy for details.
